Ingredientes

  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into the ramekins
  3. Bake it at 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Optional: Torch or broil additional cheese
