Ingredientes

  • 4 potatoes, coarsely grated (raw)
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 T butter
  • Garlic

Direcciones

  1. Butter casserole and rub with garlic. Place potatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Mix together salt, pepper, large eggs, lowfat milk and 3/4 cup grated cheese. Pour over potatoes and dot with butter and 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 4.
