Ingredientes

2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Cornmeal
2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
1 Tbsp. Celery salt

1 Tbsp. Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Tyme
1/2 tsp Oragano
1 x Broiler chicken cut up

Direcciones

Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pcs of chicken in this mix. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven 45-60 min.
