Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 x cut up frying chicken
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. nofat dry lowfat milk pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Dip chicken in water (not the warm water in the ingredient list).
  3. Coat with a mix of flour and seasonings.
  4. Put chicken, skin side down, in a 13 x 9 pan.
  5. Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till golden.
  6. Mix the warm water and the powdered lowfat milk together.
  7. Pour around chicken.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/4 hrs more or possibly till chicken is tender.
