  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Mediterranean spiced sea salt (MacCormicks)

  1. Mix all the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl with lid, add the chicken legs and put the lid onto the bowl. Shake/toss to coat the chicken legs completely. Put into fridge for 4-6 hours.
  2. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
