Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb Mushroom, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm Onion, finely minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
  • 3 lb Chicken pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Dry rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/8 tsp White pepper
  • 1/2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Dry sherry
  • 1 can (14 Ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Soak top and bottom of clay cooker in water about 15 min; drain. Place mushrooms, onion and garlic in cooker. Coat chicken pcs with mix of flour, salt, paprika, rosemary and pepper. Arrange chicken pcs, skin side up, in even layer over vegetables. Pour in chicken broth and sherry. . Place covered cooker in cool oven. Set oven at 425 degrees. Bake just till chicken is tender, about 1 hour. Gently stir in artichoke hearts. Bake covered till artichokes are warm, about 10 min.. Remove cover; bake till chicken is crisp and brown, 5 - 10 min.
