Receta baked chickpeas

Since I didn’t have all the ingredients needed for this week’s recipe, I thought I’d share with you my favorite healthy snack.
Here’s my take: Baked Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 {15 ounce} can of chickpeas
- salt & pepper {to taste}
Putting it all together
Pre-heat your oven to 450° F. Drain and rinse chickpeas, toss in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for approximately about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes you’ll want to shake the sheet pan to move them around and continue cooking till golden brown and crispy.
