Baked Citrus Halibut with Tropical Fruit

Absolutely my newest recipe and the family loved it-I couldn't wait to share it with YOU!

Ingredientes

  • 4- (4-6 ounce weight) Halibut Fillets-I but mine from the Seafood Market
  • One lemon juice only
  • One lime juice only
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • one kiwi (peeled) chunked
  • 2 fresh pineapple rings, chunked
  • 1/4 cup fresh hulled strawberries, cut

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat oven 375 F
  2. using a non stick baking dish add lemon juice, lime juice and melted butter, stir with a rubber spatula to mix, lay the Halibut Fillets in a single layer, Place into the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until fillet flake
  3. In a mixing bowl add tropical fruits and stir gently
  4. Plate Baked Citrus Halibut, spoon fruit medley and enjoy!
