Ingredientes

  • 1 x citrus barbecue sauce (recipe below)
  • 6 x swordfish steaks
  • 1 x onion large, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd red chiles
  • 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
  • 1 x ancho chile *
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro,snipped
  • 1 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Prepare Citrus Barbecue Sauce and set aside.
  2. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place fish steaks in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2-inches.
  3. Pour 1 c. of the sauce over the fish. Bake, uncovered, till the fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 min.
  4. Serve with remaining Citrus Barbecue Sauce.
  5. Citrus Barbecue Sauce:Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk to incorporate.
  6. Ancho chile should be seeded and finely minced.
