Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf french bread or possibly rolls
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Crab meat, (1/2lb.)
  • 1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomatoes, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Onions, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Slice bread or possibly rolls lengthways. Remove excess bread to allow for filling.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Combine the mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and stir. Stuff the bread loaf or possibly rolls with crab mix. Wrap in aluminum foil with the "boat" open on top. Bake 25 min. Slice if using the loaf and serve.
  3. NOTES : "Soft rolls work just as well, perhaps better as they are easier to bite into. Evie thinks which these are to "die for" and equally good cool.
