Ingredientes

  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 12 ounce pkg. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. diced ham
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Place hash browns in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Put ham on top of potatoes. Pour egg mix over all. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
