Ingredientes

  • 2 x Fennel bulbs
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine Salt and pepper, (to taste) Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease glass baking pan (9x9) with extra virgin olive oil. Cut fennel bulbs vertically into 1/4 inch thick slices. Lay flat in the baking pan. Sprinkle chopped garlic proportionately over fennel. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle margarine over fennel. Top with heavy sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bank at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 15 min. Serve as a side dish.
