Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf white bread cubed NOTE: Do not see why you couldn't use wheat or possibly even raisin bread
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened and cubed (220 g) NOTE: Use low or possibly no fat cream cheese
  • 12 lrg Large eggs NOTE: Use egg substitute equivalent to 12 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup (125 mL)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk (250 mL) NOTE: Use skim or possibly low fat lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Line the bottom of an 8x12 in. (20x30 cm) pan with half of the bread cubes. Next, layer the cream cheese on top of the bread. Add in remaining bread cubes on top. Beat Large eggs, maple syrup and lowfat milk together. Pour entire mix over bread. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 F (180 C)
  2. uncovered for 45 min or possibly till lightly golden.
  3. NOTE: When I made it I found which it stuck to the bottom of the pan. You mightwant to spray the pan with cooking spray first.
