Ingredientes

  • 2 sht Jus-rol Fillo Pastry, thawed
  • 1 x Clove of garlic, crushed
  • 10 x Fresh basil leaves, finely minced
  • 1 ounce Pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Grapeseed oil
  • 2 ounce Grated Parmesan
  • 1 ounce Prawns, minced
  • 2 x in pcs of goat's cheese
  • 1 ounce Butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix the garlic and basil with a healthy pinch of salt. Lb. the nuts in a pestle and mortar; add in the oil, basil and garlic mix. Stir in the Parmesan and prawns. Cut each sheet of fillo in half and place a cube of goat's cheese in the centre. Spoon over the basil mix. Brush edges of pastry with melted butter and wrap up to create a parcel. Place on a baking sheet, brush with butter and bake at 200C (400F) mark 6 for about 20min. Serve hot with salad leaves.
