Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. Apple cider or possibly juice
  • 1/2 c. Grand Marnier
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 lb Halibut fillets*

Direcciones

  1. Or possibly any hard white fish.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 .
  3. Boil 2 c. apple juice and Grand Marnier till reduced by 1/2; 15 to 20 min. Combine cornstarch and remaining apple juice; stir into warm liquid and cook till thickened. Stir in orange and lemon juices.
  4. Arrange fish in baking dish, adding water to cover bottom. Cover and bake till just done, about 20 min. Pour sauce over before serving.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
