Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Center cut ham slice
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. -Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. American sauterne, or possibly other dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Set aside.
  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and margarine.
  3. Place over med-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 mins. Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour the mix over ham. Bake uncovered 45 mins. or possibly till tender.
  4. Note - one serving of this dish provides most of the recommended daily amt.
