Baked Honey-Ham-is an easy recipe for a delicious ,oven-baked, honey and orange glazed ham. It takes only (15) minutes to prepare the glaze which includes honey, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves.

Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 lb) fully-cooked boneless ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Stir the honey, broth, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves together in a small bowl.
  3. Place the ham into a roasting pan. Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until ham is hot; basting often with honey mixture during last 45 minutes of the baking time.
