Ingredientes

  • 8 (8 ounce) pcs king fish
  • 10 ounce tempura batter
  • 3 soup spoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon grnd white pepper
  • 4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 pound slice white onion
  • 1 pound red, green and yellow pepper slices
  • 1 c. sm. stuffed green olives
  • 8 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Direcciones

  1. Season fish with garlic salt, pepper and lemon juice; dip in tempura batter. Heat extra virgin olive oil at medium heat; fry fish till golden. Put fried fish in baking pan; add in rest of ingredients on top of fish with tomato sauce last.
