Ingredientes

  • 4 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. minced apple
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. dates

Direcciones

  1. Combine oats, walnuts, raisins, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. In a separate container combine water and vanilla. Combine all ingredients, stirring gently.
  3. Pour into oiled 8- by 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min. Stir in dates and serve.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
