Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly oleo
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 11 ounce Can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 13 ounce Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 5 slc White bread, cubed

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter and sugar till light. Add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in oranges, pineapple and bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 3/4 quart.casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 min or possibly till golden.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
  3. Note: I always double this recipe. It is especially good with baked ham or possibly roast pork.
