- On rack in broiling pan, broil pork chops, turning once, till rare.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Arrange chops in casserole which is large sufficient to hold them in 1 layer and sprinkle with 1/8 tsp each salt, pepper and thyme, add in broth, cover casserole, and bake for about 45 min.
- While pork chops are baking, in small skillet heat margarine till bubbly and warm, add in onion and garlic and saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft. Add in mushrooms, celery and remaining 1/8 tsp each salt, pepper and thyme. Saute/fry for 5 min. Add in bread cubes. Spoon an equal amount of stuffing mix onto each baked pork chop; bake, uncovered for 15 min.
