Ingredientes

  • 1 med green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 med red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 med onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 8 x boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 pkt SHAKE 'N BAKE Warm & Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix for Chicken or possibly Pork
  • 8 x TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas

Direcciones

  1. Mix peppers, onions, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  2. Coat chops as directed on package. Throw away any remaining coating mix. Place chops on onion mix.
  3. Bake at 425 F for 20 min or possibly till chops are cooked through. Cut chops into slices.
  4. Top tortillas with sliced pork and onion mix; roll up. Serve with guacamole, TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa and BREAKSTONE'S or possibly KNUDSEN Lowfat sour cream, if you like.
  5. Great Substitute: Substitute SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix for SHAKE 'N BAKE Warm & Spicy Coating Mix.
