Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb grnd pork
  • 1 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 c. finely shredded carrot
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chile sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 (16 oz) package spring roll wrappers
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.Place pork in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium high heat till evenly brown. Remove from heat and drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together pork, cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and chile sauce.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Place approximately 1 tbsp of the pork mix in the center of spring roll wrappers. Roll wrappers around the mix, folding edges inward to close.
  4. Moisten fingers in the cornstarch and water mix, and brush wrapper seams to seal.
  5. Arrange spring rolls in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven 20 min, till hot and golden brown. For crispier spring rolls, turn after 10 min.
  7. Makes 12 spring rolls.
