Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Rice, raw
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, grated
  • 1/2 c. Raisins Butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees, lightly butter cassarole. Combine rice, lowfat milk, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in casserole and mix well. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Then stir in raisins and bake another 2 hrs, stirring occassionally.
