Baked Salmon

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 8 ounce fillet salmon, skinned
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x Shallot, finely minced
  • 2 tsp Rosemary, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Plain flour Thyme, finely minced
  • 15 gm Pine nuts
  • 15 gm Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/gas 7.
  2. Season the flour with salt and pepper and lightly dust the salmon fillets on both sides. Heat the oil over a high heat in an ovenproof pan and brown the fish on both sides. Sprinkle the fish with all the other ingredients. Transfer to the oven and cook for 6-7 min, serve immediately.
