  • 2 x salmon fillet pcs - (6 ounce ea)
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp coarse sea salt

  1. Seafood Alternatives: swordfish, steelhead, bluefish Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the fish under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a shallow baking dish and add in the fillets, turning to coat proportionately in the oil. Sprinkle the sea salt over the fillets and bake till just opaque at the center, 10 to 12 min.

  3. Comments: Recipes do not come much simpler than this, but do use coarse sea salt! The big crystals break down only slightly in the oven, leaving a delicate and clean-tasting crunch.
