Ingredientes

  • 2 pound fresh sole
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 4 cool cooked med. potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 T butter
  • 2/3 c. white wine
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Slice mushrooms. In buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish, put in potatoes and mushrooms. Dot with butter. Sprinkle half of salt/pepper and paprika. Pour wine over all. Spread with half of lowfat sour cream. Arrange fish over all, sprinkle with rest of salt/pepper, and paprika and garlic top with rest of lowfat sour cream and parsley. Bake 30-40 min at 375 degrees.
