Ingredientes

  • 1 x Cleaned striped bass (2 1/2 Lb)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper RICE STUFFING
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 4 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Liquid removed capers
  • 6 Tbsp. Melted maragrine

Direcciones

  1. Wash & dry fish; split & clean cavity. Season inside & out with salt & pepper. Stuff loosely with Rice Stuffing; close with skewers or possibly string. Place stuffed fish on baking pan; dust outside with paprika.
  2. Bake in 425 oven 30-40 min. While fish bakes, blend parsley, lemon juice, capers & margarine; divide into 4 parts & serve in small c. with fish, or possibly spread on each individual portion at serving time.
