Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound fresh scallops
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Wash scallops lightly in cold water. Set in 8 inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour on top of scallops. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
