Ingredientes

  • 4 x Louisiana yams, baked
  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/3 c. Light cream
  • 1/3 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cut yams in half lengthwise and scoop from shells. Mash yams with butter or possibly margarine and light cream. Add in pecans and salt; mix well. Pile yam mix into shells. Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat about 5 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Top with pecan halves if you like.
