3 lg. prebaked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. warm bacon drippings

Slice sweet potatoes in 1/2-1 inch strips; drop in hot bacon grease till brown on both sides. With prongs, put on paper towels to drain, immediately sprinkle sugar.
