Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Round Steak, 1 inch thick Flour
  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 1 x Green Bell Pepper
  • 4 stalk Celery
  • 3 lrg Carrots
  • 1 can (28 Ounce) Tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. Catsup
  • 1 can (8 Ounce) Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce Salt And Pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Roll meat in flour and brown in fat in skillet. Place in a large, deep baking dish. Cut onion, pepper, celery, and carrots in large pcs and add in to the meat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the meat. Bake, covered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, at 325 , till tender.
  2. Serves 6 to 8
