Receta Baked Trout With Smoked Trout Stuffing

- Preheat oven to gas mark 5 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) .
- First of all grease 6 rectangles of foil with the melted fat.
- Then flake the smoked trout into a mixing bowl and mix it with the breadcrumbs and parsley.
- In another bowl beat the lemon juice creamed horseradish and egg yolks together then add in the cream and stir this mix into the other stuffing ingredients.
- Mix everything well taste and check the seasoning then carefully fill each trout with the stuffing then brush each one with melted fat.
- Wrap them up into neat parcels and seal the edges to prevent the juices escaping.
- Now arrange the parcels on a large baking sheet and bake in the oven for exactly 30 min.
- Serve the trout with the juices poured over garnished with lemon wedges and watercress.
- Tiny new potatoes and the Polish Cucumber Salad would be a perfect accompaniment.
