Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb weakfish fillets cut serving size
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp tarragon
  • 3 Tbsp. minced pimiento
  • 1/3 c. dry vermouth or possibly dry white wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Rinse weakfish fillets or possibly portions and pat dry with a paper towel. Place fillets or possibly portions in a baking dish coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  2. Thoroughly mix low fat yogurt, mayonnaise, marjoram, thyme, onion pwdr, rosemary, tarragon and pimientos. Spread mix proportionately on top of fillets. Pour vermouth or possibly dry white wine over fish.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
