Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt Freshly grnd pepper to taste
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp dry rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp dry basil, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1 x chicken (3 1/2-4 pounds), cut into pcs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a pie plate, mix yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper. On a piece of wax paper, combine remaining ingredients except chicken.
  2. Roll chicken pcs first in yogurt mix, then in crumb mix. Place chicken in a lightly oiled 9-by-13 inch baking dish and bake till coating is lightly browned and chicken juices run clear when pcs are pricked, about 1 hour.
