Ingredientes

  • 2 gals Italian style tomatoe sauce (canned tomatoes & puree with seasoning)
  • 3 1/2 lbs penne pasta
  • 3 lbs cottage cheese or ricotta
  • 3 lbs shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb provalone, sliced
  • 1 lb parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Prepare the tomato sauce.
  3. Mix the pasta with the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese.
  4. Pan up with layers of sauce.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese and slices of provalone.
  6. Bake till cooked through, 20-25 minutes at 350, or until at 180 degrees and/or cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley to serve.
