Baker's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) Softened butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Coarsely minced nuts (opt)
  • 1 pkt (12 ounce) semi-sweet real Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and Large eggs till light and fluffy. Blend in flour mix. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop from tsp., 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for about 10 min or possibly till golden.
  2. Makes about 6 dozen.
