Baker's One Bowl Brownies With Prune Puree

Ingredientes

  • 4 sqr Baker's unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 c. Butter, (1/2 stick)
  • 1/4 c. Prune puree or possibly Lighter Bake
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Minced nuts, optional

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. (325 F for glass baking dish).
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large bowl on HIGH power 1 minute or possibly till butter is melted. Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
  3. NOTE:adjust time/power of microwave if needed... my microwave will scorch the chocolate if I go too long on HIGH power).
  4. Stir prune puree and sugar into chocolate till well blended. Fold in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts till well blended. Spread into a greased, foil-lined 9x13" pan.
  5. Bake 28 to 35 min, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold in pan; cut into squares.
  6. Makes 24 fudgy brownies
