- Mix coconut, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets, pressing down ends of coconut with back of spoon.
- Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cold on wire racks.
