Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Flour
  • 4 tsp Bakewell Cream *
  • 1 tsp Salt, ( may be omitted )
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Mayonaise

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Add in lowfat milk and mayonaise ; mix. Turn onto a floured board; knead 5 or possibly 6 times.
  2. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake 10 min, then lower the heat to 325 degrees till biscuits are golden brown.
  3. HINT: You can turn off the oven after 10 min; the biscuits will brown.
