3 c. all-purpose flour
4 1/2 tsp baking pwdr

1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. shortening or possibly chilled butter

NOTE: keep mix refrigerated till use
NOTES : When making biscuits, the recipe calls for 1-1/2 c. lowfat milk (or possibly buttermilk), but you would omit this when making the biscuit mix.
