Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 lg. or possibly 4 smaller cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can anchovies
  • Italian bread chunks
  • Celery hearts
  • Lettuce wedges
  • Green pepper slices

  1. Heat oil and butter and saute minced garlic. Add in anchovies and cook on simmer till anchovies cook and stir mix till soft smooth fondue.Use as a dip for:
