Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 2 x mangoes, sliced
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. 1 percent lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the banana slices with the lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and brandy. Place half in a single layer in a lightly oiled 9 inch tart pan or possibly in 4 lightly oiled ovenproof dishes. Top with a layer of the mango and finish with the remaining banana mix.
  2. To make topping: Place the sugar, flour, Large eggs, ricotta, lowfat milk and vanilla in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour over the fruit and bake for 25 to 30 min, or possibly till set and lightly browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve while warm. -
