Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Reduced calorie margarine Sugar stubstitute to equal
  • 1 c. +2 TBS sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3 med Bananas, minced
  • 1 c. Peeled, coarsely minced apple Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Cream margarine in a large bowl; gradually add in sugar substitute, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy.
  2. Add in Large eggs, and beat till thick and lemon colored.
  3. Combine flour and baking pwdr; add in to creamed mix, mixing well. Mix in bananas and apple.
  4. Spoon batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 5 min to 1 hour and 10 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cold in pan 10 min; remove from pan, and cold completely on a wire rack.
  7. Makes 1 loaf (16 slices).
