Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb salt beef
  • 4 c. stock
  • 4 c. green bananas minced & boiled
  • 1 c. onions chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 c. cream

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients. Bring to the boil and simmer till bananas are pulpy, approximately 30 - 40 min. Rub through fine sieve; add in cream. Reheat to blend but don't boil. Serve garnished with parsley or possibly chives.
