over an open camp fire or

even in the oven.

Your kids and grand-kids alike will enjoy

making banana boats this summer.

You can make banana boats while your camping or

inside on a rainy day~

Let's get Started~

Assemble all Banana Boat

ingredients and head outside~

Four Delicious Banana Boat Recipes:

1. S'more Banana Boats are reminiscent of the classic s'more

2. Coconut Banana Boats are a coconut sensation

3. Seven Layer Banana Boats are made after the

classic seven layer bars

4. Anna Banana Boats are for my niece Anna~

All recipes below serve one, but

you can double, triple, quadruple.....

...and so on...

You can make as many

Banana Boats as you want!

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

(cook time varies per method)

Directions:

1. With a sharp knife,

make a cut along inside curve of banana

Press ends together slightly to open and

to form a pocket.

2. Fill each banana with chips, marshmallows and

any other ingredients using. Press into banana slightly

3. Wrap banana loosely in a sheet of heavy duty foil

4. Place foil wrapped banana's in a camp fire, grill or oven.

In the campfire:

Let the flames die down somewhat

before adding the foil packets.

Cook for 5-10 minutes or

until bananas are black and

everything is melted and gooey.

On the grill:

Place foil packets directly on grill

Grill packets for 7-10 minutes or

until bananas are black and

everything is melted and gooey.

In the oven:

Heat oven to 375º F

Place foil packets directly

onto oven racks.

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or

until bananas are black and

everything is melted and gooey
