Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Mashed bananas
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. Natural bran
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Nuts, coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. In med bowl, beat together first six (wet) ingredients.
  2. In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Add in banana mix and stir to moisten.
  3. Spoon into 12 greased muffin c. and bake at 425F for 14 mins till tester comes clean.
  4. My notes: I left out nuts. Make sure bananas are very ripe and large! If in doubt use three, it cannot hurt. Truly great for breakfast and a good source of fibre.
