Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heavily grease 2 loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar till light. Beat in large eggs, one at a time. Fold in bananas, vanilla, and lowfat sour cream. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt, and soda. Fold into creamed mix, stirring only sufficient to moisten. Sprinkle half of topping on bottoms of prepared loaf pans. Spoon on batter and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  2. Put together all ingredients and use as directed. Topping may be doubled if you like. Bread may be frzn after baking. Makes 2 loaves. Enjoy!
