Ingredientes

  • 180 gm Graham cracker crumbs
  • 60 gm Margarine
  • 200 gm All-purpose flour
  • 95 gm Sugar
  • 240 gm Soft margarine
  • 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 1/2 ml Vanilla
  • 32 x Oreo cookies
  • 160 gm Melted margarine
  • 120 gm Margarine
  • 350 gm Powdered sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 4 x -(up to)
  • 5 x Bananas, sliced lengthwise
  • 600 gm Chunk pineapple, liquid removed
  • 600 gm Whole strawberries
  • 250 ml Whipping cream Minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. CRUST #1: Mix and press in bottom of a 20x30 pan. Bake 10 min at 175 deg. C. Cold.
  2. CRUST #2: Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Pat dough on bottom of a pan. Bake at 200 deg. C for about 10 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Cold.
  4. CRUST #3; Crush cookies and mix them with the margarine. Press mix in bottom of pan.
  5. PROCEDURE:1. Whip margarine/sugar/egg mix with electric mixer and spread over cooled crust.
  6. Place bananas, cut side down, on top of above layer.
  7. Spread on the pineapple chunks, then the strawber- ries.
  8. Whip the cream, cover the whole dish with whipped cream, and sprinkle with nuts.
  9. Chill 4 hrs before serving.
