Receta Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
This classic banana bread has the added deliciousness of mini chocolate chips~
Perfect with a nice hot cuppa tea~

- Banana Chocolate Chip Bread~
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe banana's
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until blended
- Add eggs and sour cream, mix well
- Add bananas and combined dry ingredients, mix just until moistened
- Fold in mini chocolate chips
Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 mins, then remove bread from pan to wire rack
Cool completely before slicing.
Refrigerate leftovers
